Match Passes. Match fields are compared on all candidate pairs returned by the Join Fields. Agreements with specified tolerances increase the probability of a true match. Disagreements outside specified tolerances decrease the probability. Missing values do not affect the probability. After you investigate alternatives, each pass should compare the same fields in exactly the same way as all other other passes.
