Review Standard -- Step by Step

1. Field Name. Check the list of fields to confirm that all fields of interest were imported (UniqueID is skipped intentionally).
2. Info. This is the information content in bits for each data field. Confirm that values are realistic.
3. Modal Value. This is the most common reported data value. Confirm that values are realistic.
4. Frequency. This is the number of records with the modal value. Confirm that the values are realistic.
5. Pr Mode. This is the fraction of cases (Pr stands for Probability) with the modal value. Confirm that the values are realistic.
6. Pr Miss. This is the fraction of cases with missing values.
7. Pr Err. This is the fraction of cases with incorrect values. Edit the values to reflect your detailed knowledge about the data and click on Apply PrError to apply your changes.
8. View Command. Click on any view command button to examine the full frequency distribution table for a field of interest.
